Braveheart - The beat up cod who doesn’t back down in our main Oceanarium. Snapped this photo on a dive with my brother Benny.
Nick’s 100th Aquarium dive at Oceanworld Manly. Bout time the wimp caught up. We decided to go as Mario (Nick) and Luigi (me) for this one, good feed to celebrate too.
Centurion dive
A morning like no other dawned upon the oceanworld ground,
eyes were wide and heads were turned for a rumour was spreading round,
99 aquarium dives had previously come to pass,
“One more for the centurion” the public could only gasp.
The press was stopped and headlines were made for history had come,
ships were launched and wars were paused, the apocalypse for some,
never before across the ages of time had the whole world relied,
on the actions of one man and the events that would collide.
Just a normal feed dive or so it would seem,
The shark whisperer was about to redefine what suiting up would mean,
He donned his hot pink hat and said “Nick, it’s time to go”,
A double backflip entry, they put on one hell of a show.
Poets dreamed and Prince creamed for no one had ever felt so alive,
as the Whisperer did that glorious day on his hundreth dive.
Simon with the sweet capture again, good at getting these shots for sure. Me and one of my Shark mates Huey. Looks like he has T-Rex arms here.
Latest Diving shenanigans. My 100th Aquarium dive at Oceanworld Manly celebrated in class. My mate Nick and I wore some sweet pimpin’ suits for this feed. Got a few laughs from the shark divers and all the public watching. Sensational feed too, very snappy sharks, like our suits. Boom. Check my Aquarium dives page for a paragraph of every single aquarium dive I have ever done.
How to look tough. This is Striker, our biggest Grey Nurse Shark. She is doing a jaw extension to grab the fish I am holding. Basically means she can throw her jaw forward about 10-20cm in an instant, good way to get bitten but I prevailed. Props to the Shark Diver Simon who got this photo, perfect timing.
The Albury Boyz after a BBall sesh. This is what I love about Albury, mates everywhere and so easy just to catch up and muck around. The extended family really, would do anything for these boys.
